Health Care Assistant
(Maternity leave contract)
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Health Care Assistant to support ward areas
Duties within the role include:
* Support of the designated wards in providing the best patient care
* To escort patients to other departments and hospitals as necessary.
* Adhere to hospital policy on moving and handling
* Be aware of and adhere to the hospital guidelines relating to infection control.
* To be able to communicate effectively with patients, other hospital staff and the general public.
* Other duties which may be delegated from time to time by your Line Manager
Candidate Requirements
* FETAC Level 5 in a relevant HealthCare discipline
* Minimum 1 years experience desirable
* Excellent interpersonal skills
