Overview
The Victoria Hotel Galway is looking for a flexible Food and beverage assistant - Breakfast staff. This is an amazing opportunity to join the fun, energetic, and vibrant Victoria Hotel Galway. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant and must be confident in taking and serving orders, with a strong understanding of providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate also must have flexibility on working early shifts along weekends and/or weekdays (6.30 - 15.00).
Responsibilities
* Taking orders and serving customers
* Maintaining high levels of quality of service
* Take directions from the breakfast supervisor and the food and beverage manager
* Updating stock levels variances
* Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food.
Experience and Skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Passionate and Enthusiastic about customer service
* Experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English
* Show initiative
* Knowledge about bar service is an advantage
