We're looking for an extremely organized, personable and proactive team member to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You need to be someone who thrives in a fast paced, challenging and collaborative working environment and someone who brings teams together and who holds people to account.ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties will include:Lead end-to-end delivery and support in the delivery of large-scale, complex projects. Manage and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including but not limited to: Marketing, Product, Operations, HR and IT. Map and monitor dependencies across multiple projects, teams and tasks. Monitor, control and report on project progress and budget. Create detailed project plans and hold teams to account. Refine scope and requirements. Secure and organize project resources. Track and mitigate against risk and issues. Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement within the EPMO. QualificationsTo land this role you will need:8+ years experience as a project manager, ideally within financial services. Experience of working on CMS projects and with Microsoft Dynamics ideal. Highly organized, able to prioritize workload, complete multiple tasks to deadlines and work under pressure. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Able to prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently and while under pressure. Proven ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders. Experienced in Agile, Waterfall and SDLC. Knowledge and experience of PM governance and tools including Jira and Confluence. Working environment:Hybrid (in-office): 4 days per week.
