Location: Based in our Dunboyne offices with regular on-site work at our Glen of the Downs, Wicklow location.

Salary: €31,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm

Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing & Content Creator, you will be the spark behind our social media and marketing content. You will bring fresh ideas, create and execute engaging videos, help schedule campaigns, and collaborate with the team to boost brand awareness and engagement. We are looking for someone proactive, innovative, and excited to roll up their sleeves and get creative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in implementing 's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
* Assist in maintaining our website and online presence, update graphics, banners, and ensure a consistent brand tone and look.
* Create compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
* Plan, shoot, and edit video content that resonates with our audience. Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content and campaign ideas. Monitor social media trends and suggest ways to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotions, and events. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
* Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
* Strong video creation and editing skills (short-form content a plus).
* Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera, confident presenting and directing content when required.
* Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Energetic, collaborative, and ready to contribute wherever needed.
* Prior experience in marketing and content creation, or in a similar role, is a bonus.
* Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools. Excellent written and spoken English.
* Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics an advantage.
Candidate Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
* Must be a team player.
* Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and adapt quickly. 1+ years of relevant experience.
