On behalf of our client, an established and growing sports-focused organisation, we are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and strengthen relationships across clubs, schools, and corporate partners. This is a hands-on role combining strategic business development, client relationship management, and team coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the organisations product offering and market presence while ensuring an excellent customer experience from first contact through onboarding and ongoing engagement. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by senior management Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across sports clubs, schools, corporate clients, and other relevant sectors Develop and implement strategies to expand product offerings and increase market penetration at local and regional levels Generate and convert leads through outreach, networking, events, and email campaigns Maintain a strong understanding of products, industry trends, and competitor activity to deliver tailored customer solutions Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers Understand customer needs and ensure a consistently high standard of service and satisfaction Represent the organisation professionally at meetings, events, and industry engagements Work closely with internal teams including Graphics, Marketing, Customer Service, and Dispatch to ensure seamless delivery of orders and services Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, market insights, and business development progress Oversee CRM management, dashboards, reporting, and order support where required Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership (sports, apparel, or B2B experience desirable) Strong people management and leadership skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Highly organised with strong reporting and CRM management skills Flexible approach, with availability for occasional evenings and weekends Willingness to work off-site and travel as required Full, clean driving licence
