Business Project Manager
to lead and deliver strategic transformation and integration initiatives across a fast-growing organisation within the
Financial Services / Funds
industry.
This is a high-impact role managing the full project lifecycle — from concept to execution — across complex, enterprise-wide programmes that drive operational excellence, growth, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business strategy.
2. Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation and integration initiatives.
3. Oversee project governance, resource planning, budgets, and risk management.
4. Implement new systems, processes, and organisational changes.
5. Engage and influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and ensure delivery.
6. Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, HR, and Change.
7. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
Ideal Candidate
1. 7+ years' experience in
project management, business transformation, or change management
within Financial Services.
2. Proven track record delivering
enterprise strategic projects
using Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.
3. Experience in
business and cultural integration
, including
post-merger or corporate restructure
programmes.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Analytical thinker able to translate complex information into actionable insights.
