We are currently recruiting for a HR Executive on behalf of a leading organisation in the North Cork area.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and administrative skills who enjoys working with data to support HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Collect and manage HR data (e.g., time & attendance, surveys, training records) Analyse data for trends in recruitment, retention, and compliance Prepare clear reports and summaries for senior HR stakeholders Recommend actions to improve hiring, engagement, and culture Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain data accuracy and ensure system integrity Assist with HR audits and compliance checks Respond to employee HR queries and provide admin support Key Skills & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail Analytical thinking and data interpretation Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to quickly learn HR systems (e.g., TMS, n Volve) Strong organisation and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Confidential and compliance-aware Desirable Qualifications: Degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field Previous experience in a HR support or data-focused role Apply Today: If you're passionate about HR, data-driven decision-making, and supporting a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
