Overview
Data Analytics will develop PowerBI dashboards and analytics to transformOperationaldatainto actionable insights, driving strategic alignment, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strategic vision andstrong communicationskills to influence change and advance operational excellence.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
·Must have a minimum of Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics
·Minimum 5 years experience of Data Analysis, Management Information systems and business intelligence solutions
·Experience in data center, pharma, or large-scale manufacturing operations environment a preference but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Strong analytical and organizational skills.
·Team player with the ability to influence cross functional teams and leaders to implement continuous improvement.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Understanding of KPIs, operational metrics, and business processes
·Advanced Power BI or Tableau development experience
·Strong SQL, Kusto (KQL) and DAX knowledge
·Program managementcapabilities.
·Communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
·Experience leading and managing a business-critical function.
·Understanding of uptime methodologiesand business criticaldigital platforms.
·Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
·Mustdemonstratestrong attention to detail.
·Ability tooperatewithinan ambiguousenvironment and create clarity.
Responsibilities:
·Translate raw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements.
·Track and communicate the value of integrated analytics to stakeholders by producing executive-level reports and presentations.
·Lead the development and scaling of shared analytics platforms and PowerBI dashboards that serve multiple regions and functions.
·Build strong working relationships and engagement with our Engineering Groups.
·Work with regional and global peers toidentify,createand share best practices across the entire data center portfolio.
·Align with culture,objectivesand operational standards.
·Deliver best-in-classoperational capabilities.
·Key focus areas includeProgram managementto supportOperationalReadiness.
·Manage and continuously enhance the Dynamics-based Operational Readiness tool supportingoperationalprocesses, improving its functionality, integration, and user experience.
·Ensureanalyticsinitiatives and tooling support broader businessobjectivesand adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
·Establish andmaintaingovernance standards for data acrossOperational Readiness.
·Define consistent metric definitions, enforce data quality controls, and ensure uniform reporting practices across regions and teams.
·Unify tooling and reporting frameworks to providea single sourceof truth for operational metrics.
·Create an environment to promote learning and innovationopportunities.
·Obtain a clear understanding day-to-day operation, management and maintenance expectations for all critical plant, equipment, controls, and processes including (but not limited to), operating procedures, standards, change management and Drills.
