They are seeking an Aircraft Leasing Customer Operations to manage a defined aircraft portfolio and deliver high-quality customer service across lease data, billing, and utilisation processes.
Responsibilities
Manage the operational delivery for a portfolio of owned and managed aircraft
Oversee accurate lease data entry, billing, and utilisation reporting
Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries
Lead or contribute to customer-facing process improvement initiatives
Requirements
2+ years in operations, administration, or financial services
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel); SQL a plus
Comfortable in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
