Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
**About the Role:**
This position provides comprehensive HR support to different locations within the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment legislation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for company positions across operational, retail and administrative functions.
* Prepare and post job advertisements, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate selection.
* Conduct new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation.
* Maintain accurate employee records.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required. 2-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production environments. Union experience is desirable.
