We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2C Sales Consultant to work with the Latin American market, focusing on lead generation, active prospecting, and closing sales in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively prospect and convert B2C clients in the Spanish-speaking / Latin American market
* Generate leads through outbound strategies, including social media, direct contact, and digital channels
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
* Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion
* Build trust-based, long-term relationships with customers
* Use social media platforms as a sales and prospecting tool
* Collaborate with marketing initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of proven B2C sales experience (mandatory)
* Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory)
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Strong background in active prospecting and outbound sales
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
* Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling objections
* Results-driven mindset with high energy and proactivity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Differentials (Nice to Have)
* Experience with social media sales (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
* Experience in content creation for lead generation and sales support
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels
* Experience selling services or education-related products (a plus)
* Brazilian Portuguese on an intermediate level is a plus
