Job Role: Utilities Maintenance Technician The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all site utilities, including water, steam, compressed air, chillers and HVAC systems. This involves routine maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting equipment failures, performing predictive and preventative maintenance routines, and identifying areas where efficiency improvements can be made. Key Responsibilities: * Maintenance of site utilities including water treatment plant equipment; * Preventative maintenance on compressors to prevent system failure; * Operate CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, * Monitoring temperature ranges in server rooms using digital thermometers; Required Skills And Qualifications: Rquired qualifications: Educational requirements include a Level 7 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
