As a key member of the production process, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing systems, maintaining high-quality product delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and develop process improvements. Your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical techniques will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and yield enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
* Owning and sustaining manufacturing processes within value streams for Biomaterials products.
