We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage a team working in a pest & washroom division. This permanent role is with a successful waste management company location in Dublin west.
As Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational performance, integration of acquisitions, and leadership of your team. You’ll drive efficiencies, ensure compliance, and maintain excellent customer relationships, while supporting the strategic growth of the business. As part of the role, although based on site, there will be some travel to different locations for client meetings etc.

Lead & Develop Teams
Supervise, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve results.
Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
Drive Operational Excellence
Streamline systems and processes for maximum efficiency.
Manage supply chain, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Lead acquisition integrations – covering operations, finance, people, IT, and branding.
Ensure Compliance & Safety
Maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Oversee training and documentation standards.
Ensure client and regulatory compliance at all times.
Manage Budgets & Reporting
Develop and monitor budgets to meet financial targets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Prepare and present performance reports and KPIs.
Strengthen Customer Relationships
Foster strong client relationships and respond promptly to feedback.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operations leadership role.
Direct involvement in acquisition integrations – leading across systems, people, and processes.
Strong background in leading operational teams and managing growth.
Experience working closely with senior management, customer service, commercial, and finance teams.
Proven ability in procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract/ SLA management.
Highly organised with excellent people management, IT, and communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
