Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the growth, development, and qualification of our sales pipeline and identification of new opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our EMEA Sales Development Team, Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Field Marketing, and the global marketing team.

* You will be responsible for providing accurate sales intelligence and setting up qualified discovery calls with prospective accounts in support of our Account Executives.
* Process, manage, and BANT qualify inbound leads to ensure we only pursue high-quality opportunities.
* Identify client needs and accurately match them against our product offering to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
* Be the subject matter expert on all solutions offered by our organization.
* Develop compelling talk tracks and multi-touch cadences for demand generation to drive results.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities within your assigned sales territory to continuously grow our sales pipeline.
* Execute outbound campaigns and develop leads through prospecting, research, needs analysis, and defining requirements.
* Become an expert in building and maintaining relationships with Director, VP, and CXO level contacts in target accounts.
* Build a comprehensive database of decision makers, buyers, and influencers within target accounts.
* Schedule discovery calls with prospective clients and assigned Sales Representatives to drive conversion.
* Closely collaborate and handover qualified leads to assigned Sales Representatives to ensure seamless follow-up.
* Meet and exceed performance goals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
* Document all activity in our CRM system.
* Prioritize weekly meetings with the Marketing Team Lead to review performance against objectives, planned initiatives, and key challenges.
* Provide valuable insights during regional team meetings around quality of inbound leads, market trends, and conditions.
