Main Responsibilities:
* Staff Management: Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
* Mentoring and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Rostering and Scheduling: Create and manage rotas to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
* Cash Handling Procedures: Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accurate and efficient management of finances.
* Stock Management: Coordinate stock replenishment, monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste.
* Quality and Service: Drive exceptional customer service and quality standards, focusing on delivering outstanding results.
* Branding and Advertising: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective branding and advertising strategies.

* Inventory Control: Implement robust inventory control measures, minimizing losses and optimizing stock levels.
* Internal Meetings: Organise and facilitate regular meetings with internal stakeholders, promoting communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Possess excellent written and spoken English language skills.
* Qualifications: Hold a relevant Food Qualification or Degree.
* Experience: Have previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor/Assistant Manager in hospitality or food services.
* Opening and Closing Store: Have experience opening and closing stores, including supervising staff during these periods.
* Supervising Staff: Have experience supervising staff, including mentoring, training and development.
* Operations: Have experience in operations, including reporting and costings.
* Location: Be living within commutable distance to Dundalk.
* Visa Requirements: Hold an up-to-date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
