About the Financial Industry and Corporate Events
As a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, our client enables clients in over 50 countries to navigate their digital transformation.
The Corporate Action Team is responsible for managing, interpreting, enhancing, and reporting corporate events content for equity markets and other asset classes, including funds.
Cash Dividends, Rights Offering, Spin Off, Divestiture, Meetings, and more are all covered by the team in their work with corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze data to improve coverage and quality of the corporate actions database.
* Develop knowledge across all Corporate Events.
* Assist with escalated client enquiries and identify workflow efficiencies.
* Work with Engineering and Product development teams on product strategy.
* Manage complex data projects related to Corporate Events.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience.
* Fluency in English and one additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
* Strong interpersonal and client relationship building skills.
* Self-starter with entrepreneurial skills and ability to adapt to change.
* Prior experience in corporate finance or strong understanding of the field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
