 
        
        Key responsibilities of this IT Field Engineer role include:
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Supporting Microsoft 365 applications for secure data handling
 * Assisting with Windows and other business tools
 * Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
 * Administering Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
 * Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
 * Resolving network connectivity issues and VPN access problems
 * Liaising with vendors to fix escalated hardware or software issues
 * Tracking support tickets using Autotask
 * Maintaining clear documentation
 * Maintaining the effectiveness of IT systems requires a range of skills including strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
This is a permanent, fully office-based role with occasional travel nationwide required. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, minimum two years experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, excellent analytical skills, good understanding of IT infrastructure, as well as ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy.
