Our Objectives are expressed in terms of Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.The RoleMain Responsibilities IncludePerform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with Renewals, Claims and allmid-term alterations and queriesAchieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all clientdeadlines are metAchieve an appreciation of each client's business and cultureSupport and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accountsFoster beneficial insurer relationshipsFollow company procedures for Renewals and New businessMaintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including complianceParticipate in project workProvide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problemsBuild relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across local andoffshore businessAmbassador to WTW's purpose, values, culture, and appreciate WTW client's businessQualificationsWhat you'll bringCertified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualifiedPrevious experience working for an insurer or broker.Client advocacyDesire to take early responsibilityPassion for learning about and understanding the insurance industryHard working, proactive and flexibleCapable of solving problemsGood IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suitGood interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skillsHighly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks.What We OfferAt WTW Ireland, your wellbeing comes first.
