Currently we are seeking to hire *Team Leader / Supervisor Assistant *to join our team in *Galway.*
As a *Supervisor Assistant* you will have proven experience in a relevant role. You will assist the Supervisor in running a store. You will be responsible for orders, cash management, oversee staff performance, provide guidance and support to other employees.
*To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:*
* *Minimum 6 months experience* in Team Management or Supervisor Assistant role in Retail is required
* *Conversational English* Language level is essential
* Proficiency in one of the *Eastern European languages* (e.g.: Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.)
* Full flexibility is required, including the availability to work on *day shifts: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday*, which may include bank holidays
*Main duties of a Team Leader / Supervisor Assistant typically include:*
* Providing leadership and guidance to junior shop assistants, assisting with their training and development.
* Assisting the shop supervisor or manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and overseeing staff schedules.
* Handling escalated customer inquiries or issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
