About the Role
This exciting opportunity exists within a dynamic Irish company that has experienced significant growth over the past years.
The office is based in Portmarnock with ample parking available. The business operates within the service industry and works with a variety of international clients.
This role is a 4-day per week position, split 50% on-site and 50% from home. Flexible working hours are available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Billing - end-to-end billing process ownership for external clients, including issuing invoices, assisting with queries and ensuring accurate and timely billing in all cases
* Month-end accounts production to review
* VT and other tx returns
* Budget preparation
* Cashflow management
* Assist with revenue growth forecasting
* Reconciliations
* Chasing overdue payments
* Accounts payable and more
Requirements:
* You will be a part-qualified / finalist level ACCA / CIMA or similar
* A minimum of 7 years' experience working in a similar role
* Strong analytical and forward-thinking mind
* Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
* Keen business understanding and passion for growth and development
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of up to €60,000 pro rata (up to €48,000 take-home based on a 4-day working week), pension, bonus, and healthcare assistance. Educational assistance is also available for those studying.
