The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador and in this role, you will oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivating the team of sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressured retail environment is essential. Day to day, you will share your Pandora product knowledge with the wider team, run shop floor coaching sessions to unlock the team’s sales potential, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will lead by example, setting personal KPIs and sales targets.

What to expect from the role
* Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to meet and beat these
* Conduct store walks; understand how commerciality influences visual merchandising
* Monitor store sales figures
* Handle escalated customer complaints
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
* Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service and adapting to individual needs
Store operations
* Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures
* Cash up and reconcile tills
* Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary processes
* Manage product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing stock properly
* Operate the till, handle transactions, and escalate issues as needed
* Follow security policies to ensure safety for staff and customers
