Requirements:
* Piercing Skills: Conduct piercings with care, demonstrating patience and empathy, especially when working with young or anxious customers.
* Operational Efficiency: Operate a POS system effectively, contributing to seamless store operations.
* Education & Experience: Completed some high school, at least one year of retail management experience.
* Physical Demands: Stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver heavy loads, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, interact effectively with employees, management, and customers.
* Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills for tasks like inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Fashion Knowledge: Passionate about fashion, stay updated with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience.
* Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and organized, work independently at times, creating curated fashion looks.
