Legal Support Specialist Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a leading law firm.

* Manage CRM Database: Keep the CRM system up-to-date, logging business development and client trips accurately and promptly.
* Coordinate Certifications: Track and coordinate practicing certificates for the team.
* Support Event Administration: Liaise with events teams and ensure smooth execution of events.
* Work with Billing Team: Address queries, provide context to bills, and ensure communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Administration: Organize documentation and perform a range of administrative tasks to support the legal team.
2. Internal Communication: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative working environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with colleagues across the organization.
