Marketing & Communications Executive Dublin 2 Osborne are delighted to be partnering with a leading membership organisation in the recruitment of a Marketing & Communications Executivewith strong organisation and project management experience.
This is a permanent role based in Dublin 2 based on site 4 days per week, with one day remote.
The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
This role focuses on creating and managing engaging content across newsletters, social media, email marketing, and websites to inform and connect with members, partners, and the public.
It combines writing, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement to support the organisations communications and outreach goals.
This role will be ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
It requires the ability to extract complex technical information into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences, all while meeting deadlines.
You should be able to turn complex ideas into clear messages for different audiences and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits: Salary €35K DOE Pension Tax saver Responsibilities: Content Creation - Write and edit content for newsletters, reports, and other internal/external communications.
Monitor websites for news article curation and ensure timely updates.
Social Media Management - Draft, plan, and schedule social media campaigns.
Monitor and analyse social media performance to develop content for newsletters.
Email Marketing - Design and draft email campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.
Implement processes to simplify and streamline email marketing efforts.
Website Front-End and Template Development - Design posts for releases and publications.
Administration of Regular Professional Guidance Articles for members which will involve Identifying and creating relevant questions based on member input, seasonal trends, or public interest.
Stakeholder Engagement - Support outreach and engagement with members, partners, and the public.
Requirements of the role: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in a marketing, communications or public relations role.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
