**Job Overview:**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our civils projects in Drogheda. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of each project, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report into Contracts Managers and Directors
* Oversee project planning, time management, and budgeting
* Select and coordinate subcontractors
* Manage site teams, motivating staff to complete work to the highest standard
* Liaise with Health & Safety Team to ensure compliance
* Ensure all paperwork is completed and processed
* Be the point of contact for clients, attending meetings and regular communication
* Continuously check on quality standards on site
* Coordinate and manage daily site meetings
* Attend Senior Management Meetings
* Resolve any emergencies
Requirements:
* 10+ years experience as a Project Manager
* Experience managing multiple civil teams and projects
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Fantastic communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Confident in using Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
* Full Driving License
