Customer Service Job Overview We are presenting an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our incredible and highly regarded kitchen team in Landline at Park Hotel Kenmare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, maintaining exceptional food quality standards, mentoring junior chefs – when required, and ensuring the highest standards of HACCP compliancy.
This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in a kitchen environment that consistently strives for the best.
This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a specific kitchen section.
Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with the Head Chef’s standards.
Train and mentor new kitchen colleagues when required.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP regulations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
Reduce waste and manage food cost effectively.
Ensure smooth communication, at all times, with the kitchen team.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Front of House team to ensure all food services run efficiently.
Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
