To assist and cooperate in the smooth running of the assigned area. To work directly with the Unit Head in identifying programmes/work and design activities suitable to the varying needs of the Service User.Essential RequirementsQualificationMinimum Ordinary Degree (FETAC Level 7) in Applied Social Studies/Social Care, Nursing or recognised equivalent.Under the Health & Social Care Professional Act 2005 (amended) to regulate the profession of the Social Care Worker/Supervisor. There will be a requirement to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker /Supervisor within the required time frames to practice as a Social Care Worker (section 38 & section 91).
