Position Details
Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Regional Practice team in Dublin. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
* Assisting on full life cycle projects
* Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
* Translating concepts and information into images
* Participating in exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
* Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
* Coordinating with a variety of consultants
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should exhibit strong master planning and organizational skills and be able to collaborate in a diverse project team. Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired. Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients.
A professional, RIAI-accredited degree in Architecture is required, along with 4+ years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with other 3D software is preferred. Current architectural registration or anticipation of registration, and experience in all stages of design documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordination are required. Experience in residential, education, or commercial projects and a willingness to travel are strongly preferred.
