Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies or clients.
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand needs and deliver customised advertising solutions.
* Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
* Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies.
* Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth.
* Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, digital advertising, or related fields.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets.
* Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape.
