Hotel Bar Management Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Bar Manager to lead our hotel's vibrant bar operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including daily service management, team leadership, stock control, and financial performance. They will also develop and implement creative beverage menus and promotions to drive revenue, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
* Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and ordering.
* Develop and implement creative beverage menus and promotions to drive revenue.
* Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a bar management role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
* A proven track record of driving sales and achieving profitability goals.
