We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber / Multi-Skilled Technician to join our clients' team in Dublin.
The role involves support with day to day building maintenance.
There is no gas certification required due to the building's controlled energy systems.
This is an on-site, permanent position with on-site parking available.
Included are 25 days holidays, pension, overtime and paid call out.
Key Requirements
Fully qualified Plumber (National Craft Certificate or equivalent)
At least 3 years+ experience in building maintenance, facilities, or commercial environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with commercial water systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical plant
Planned & reactive plumbing maintenance
Repairs to pipework, drainage, sanitary ware, pumps & valves
Safe Pass and Manual Handling
Good communication, reliable, proactive approach
The position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
The role includes participation in an on call rota every 3rd weekend.
