The Role: Site Engineer
As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering projects with a focus on high construction standards, safety compliance, and strong client collaboration. Based in Dublin and surrounding areas, this permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to relocate and thrive in a structured yet flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate updates and reports to Project Managers and Senior Site Agents.
* Conduct site surveying and setting out in line with project specifications.
* Manage plant and materials on site to ensure availability and optimal use.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of work quality across all activities.
* Complete site diaries and administrative paperwork diligently and regularly.
* Attend site meetings, identify issues early, and contribute to their resolution.
* Uphold health and safety protocols across the construction site.
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
About You
* Holds a relevant qualification in engineering or construction.
* 5+ years of experience in civils, drainage, or utilities (water and electricity).
* Full clean drivers license is essential.
* Confident and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Upholds integrity and confidentiality in all professional matters.
