More info: Position Overview The Quality team is seeking to recruit a Quality Control Senior Analyst to join the QC Department, reporting to the QC Team Lead.
Main Purpose: Perform testing, review, and release of raw materials, intermediates, and APIs in the Quality Control Laboratory, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities Perform and review QC testing on raw materials, intermediates, and APIs.
Provide technical support for instrumentation and analytical methodologies, including troubleshooting.
Deliver coaching and training on analytical instrumentation and methodology.
Plan and approve materials to meet shipping and production timelines, stability timelines, and QC metrics.
Coordinate and lead laboratory/site investigations.
Identify and investigate out-of-trend (OOT) and adverse analytical results.
Participate actively in Lean Lab structure through daily huddles and short interval control boards.
Analytical Techniques: Classical techniques: Raman, FTIR, KF Modern techniques: HPLC, GC, ICP-AES, ICPMS, wet chemistry Minimum Requirements BSc in Analytical Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in analytical chemistry (preferably in pharma/GMP environment).
Strong teamwork skills, flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Ability to manage own workload effectively.
Desirable Skills Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Labs, 5 S, and Yellow Belt projects.
Experience supporting sub-teams such as Safety, Equipment, Audit Readiness.
