We are currently seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher for a 6-month contract position based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact team working on complex, strategic digital initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences, driving research-led decision-making, and embedding user-centric design practices throughout the organisation.The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and UX advocate with a strong background in service design, qualitative and quantitative research, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strong advocate for UX and service design across the business, promoting a user-first mindset.Plan and execute strategic UX research projects, identifying opportunities to improve products and services through user insight.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.Produce high-quality research deliverables, including journey maps, service design blueprints, personas, and insight reports for complex projects.Work closely with design and product teams to ensure user research feeds directly into the design and development pipeline.Contribute to the development of a UX playbook, establishing best practices, methodologies, and reusable templates for the UX team.Champion the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to ensure decisions are data-informed and user-focused.Key Skills & Experience Required5+ years' experience in UX research or a similar roleDemonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and communicate complex research projects from discovery through to delivery.Strong experience in service design, including creating journey maps, service blueprints, and stakeholder workshops.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate research findings and influence decision-making at all levels.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, product, development, and business stakeholders.Proficiency in using a variety of UX research methods, tools, and platforms (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics).Previous experience creating UX documentation and playbooks is highly desirable.Apply Now
