We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our catering operations in Dundalk. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of contract catering experience and expertise in managing teams within highly regulated environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive the day-to-day catering activities to consistently high standards of food and service delivery.
* Lead and motivate a team of catering staff, ensuring effective scheduling, performance, and engagement.
* Oversee menu planning, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with stringent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, including HACCP requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum 35 years' experience in catering management or supervisory roles is essential (contract catering or facilities management experience preferred).
* Demonstrate robust knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
* Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume environments.
