Responsibilities
* Working with the client’s system and websites.
* Organising, scheduling, and progressing task items via the system.
* Updating Excel spreadsheets and managing files, including keeping records up to date.
* Creating and compiling data into Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in an administrative or support role.
* Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
* Ability to organise workload, filing methods, and work in a clear and logical manner.
* Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and understand deadlines.
* Enthusiasm to learn, ask questions, and support a hardworking team.
