Create and manage client records and files within our systems, ensuring relevantcommunications and data entries are recorded correctly.● Taking ownership and accountability for ensuring client files, which you are working on, are complete with accurate up-to-date information and compliant paperwork.● Prepare files and meeting packs for adviser's meetings with clients.● Produce financial reports and annual review packs for clients and advisers, ensuring accuracy of information contained.● Prepare and submit applications for pensions and investment products on behalf of clients, ensuring complete and compliant paperwork.● Obtain required Anti-Money laundering documentation, complying with relevant legislation.● Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,Excel, to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain, records, spreadsheetsand databases.● Ensure all administrative tasks allocated are completed correctly and within agreedtimelines.Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountWork Location: In person
