Accounts Assistant
Salary: €35,000–€40,000
Location: Cork
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client, a rapidly expanding company on the outskirts of Cork, is on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant to jump in and make an impact.
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain experience across all areas of accounting while working alongside a supportive, knowledgeable team.
What you'll be doing
Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations and invoice processing
Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
Keeping company records and databases accurate and up to date
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable
Tackling ad-hoc tasks to keep the finance function running smoothly
What we're looking for
ATI-qualified, part-qualified, or equivalent
Ideally 3+ years' experience in a similar role (but if you've got the drive, we want to hear from you)
Comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook
Super organised, with the ability to juggle priorities
Excellent communication skills – you'll be liaising with the team, customers, and suppliers
A self-starter who can take initiative but also work well in a team
