Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and format correspondence, court documents, and legal forms to a high standard.
* Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Handle dictation and audio typing with accuracy and efficiency.
* Liaise with clients in a professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Litigation setting.
* Proficiency in audio typing and strong IT skills, including MS Office.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Professional communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with clients and colleagues.
