This is a senior position reporting directly to the Directors, involving both hands-on project commercial control and responsibility for pricing new contracts and tenders.The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial instincts with a solid understanding of current civil engineering market rates for labour, plant, materials, and subcontract packages.
