Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute high-quality financial statements and client files within strict deadlines.
* Manage accounts preparation, income tax returns, and financial reports for individuals, sole traders, and company directors, ensuring technical accuracy.
* Draft and present engagement results to senior managers, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.
* Lead junior staff, providing guidance and leadership on complex client assignments.
* Identify and address areas of non-compliance with accounting standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
* Contribute to statutory accounting, compliance, and related services across multiple clients, driving value-added solutions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding expectations through proactive communication and exceptional service.
* Support continuous team development through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 12 years of post-qualification experience.
* A proven track record in practice, with a demonstrated ability to broaden skills and take on new challenges.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to act as an effective advisor to clients, driving strategic decisions.
* Proven experience in preparing Irish income tax and related returns, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Skilled in report writing and presenting to senior management, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
* Experience supervising assignments and managing client relationships, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
