Due to continued expansion, we require a Finishing Site Manager for a role based in Co.
Longford.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial, and a strong knowledge of finishing on similar projects.
Essential to have internal fit out experience, ideally clean room construction but this is not essential.
Experience liaising with Design teams is essential

Key responsibilities
Day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets
Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a strong site culture
Requirements
10 years' site management experience
Previous main contractor experience; ideally large-scale structural, external, and groundworks on commercial, mixed-use, residential, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects
Third-level qualification or trades background (excellent knowledge of trades)
IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft software
Excellent delegation and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
