Construction Site Manager / Foreman - Dublin, Ireland - full time, permanent, on-siteAn opportunity is available for a Construction Site Manager / Foreman to take full ownership of onsite mechanical delivery.You will lead mechanical teams to meet project requirements and deadlines, supporting scheduling and forward planning. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll manage resources, direct labour and subcontractors, coordinate material ordering, oversee progress and quality, and ensure strict adherence to the EHS plan.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect tools, materials, and equipment, and monitor stock/inventory levels.Manage site activity to ensure works follow construction plans and safety targets.Coordinate and supervise construction operatives and subcontractors.Drive delivery to meet programme requirements and agreed milestones.Provide regular progress updates to management and complete audit/reporting requirements.Oversee onsite and offsite works to ensure compliance with building standards and safety regulations.RequirementsStrong background in Mechanical Services.Proven experience delivering large-scale industrial projects.Excellent organisation and communication skills.Minimum 5 years' experience in site management.Strong attention to detail.Able to manage projects effectively and deliver to tight deadlines.
