We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume leadership of our maintenance and engineering operations in Cork, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and oversee daily maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
* Develop and optimize the preventative maintenance program utilizing advanced technology and best practices.
* Plan, manage, and execute capital projects from conception through installation and commissioning.
* Establish, monitor, and manage budgets for maintenance initiatives, including forecasting and cost control.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a large technical team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Applicants should have at least 23 years of experience as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor managing a large team. Strong leadership, budgeting, project management, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and plant utilities is also required.
