Senior Planner An opportunity exists for a skilled Senior Planner with over 6 years of experience to join a highly regarded Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work from our clients North County Dubin office. The successful Planner will be the lead Planner on the residential side of the business -responsible for several large apartment schemes. The successful planner must have worked on large building projects previously. Role: New Project Planning and Scheduling Ensure project goals and timelines are met Develop and manage project schedules and control tools Identify project milestones and report on them Conduct Interactive Planning Workshops Analyze and develop critical paths Proficient in MS Project Regularly report schedule performance status to the project management team Provide valuable insights during Constructability Reviews Determine project schedule resource requirements Develop and communicate tools to achieve project goals Provide updates on project performance, identify variances, and suggest corrective action. Requirements: 6 years experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
