We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of property investments. The role involves driving asset performance, managing third -party partners, and supporting acquisition and disposition strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with hands -on asset management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage performance of real estate assets across residential, commercial, and mixed -use sectors
* Oversee property managers, leasing agents, and service providers
* Execute business plans, including leasing, capex, and value -add initiatives
* Monitor financials, budgets, and reporting for portfolio assets
* Support due diligence and underwriting for new investments and exits
Requirements:
o 5+ years' experience in real estate asset management or investments
o Chartered Surveyor with strong understanding of the Irish real estate landscape
o Strong financial and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and modeling
o Self -starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
