We currently have a number full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited ( Duleek Care Centre - Downestown, Duleek, Co Meath A92 DP2C).
Roles & Responsibilities
* We are excited to offer opportunities for full-time Health Care Assistants. In this role, you will:
* Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
* Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
* Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
* Engage residents
Desirable Qualifications
* FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
* Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
* At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.

Salary
* Minimum €29,994.12 per year - €14.79 per hour (based on a minimum 39-hour week).
