Due to continued growth and company development, they are expanding their management structure to include a Process improvement project manager The Role: Ideally suited to a graduate with experience in lean manufacturing the role will provide you with the chance to work in a positive progressive team and lead improvement initiatives throughout the factory.
Reporting to the Operations director you will be tasked with leading improvement projects throughout the site and working with interdepartmental heads to streamline and have a positive impact on all processes of the business.
Essential Criteria: Educated to degree level in a business or engineering related discipline or a related subject Flexible and driven in your goals and career path Desirable criteria: Knowledge of project management Understanding of Lean six sigma processes and controls Experience of working in a lean environment Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment In return the successful candidate will be provided with an opportunity to enhance their career through additional funded training courses and practical on the job training.
