Deli Supervisor at SPAR Tralee (Oak Park)
We are seeking a dedicated Deli Supervisor to join our team at SPAR Tralee (Oak Park). As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and a clean working environment.
The Role:
* Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support
* Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Create staff schedules and assign tasks effectively
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a deli environment and be eager to advance their career further.
Working alongside our strong Deli Manager, the Deli Supervisor will gain valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This full-time position requires availability 5 out of 7 days a week.
